LTT Coastal & Marine Services Ltd
LTT Coastal & Marine Service Ltd (LTT) was established in 2007 as a fleet management company to manage the Tugs, pilot cutters and mooring boats.
LTT was chosen by the Nigerian Ports Authorities, to take full responsibility for the management of the Towage, Mooring and Pilots transport, within the Lagos Port Pilotage District.
LTT Coastal & Marine Service main missions are to support the Nigerian Ports Authority achieve social and economic benefits for Lagos Harbor, to operate all vessels managed by LTT in a safe, environmentally responsible, and competitive manner, to attract, develop and retain highly qualified, committed, and motivated people and to act with due care for the environment and surrounding communities.
Since 2007 LTT is responsible for managing the towage, Mooring and Pilots transport, within the Lagos Port Pilotage District, maintaining the NPA’s tugboats and training its crew.

The company was founded in 2007 as a fleet management company, assigned to manage vessels owned by the Nigerian Ports Authorities and to improve the availability of tugs, pilot boats and mooring services in Lagos port. From establishment to the present moment the Company has operated in “non-stop activity cycle 24 \ 7” with constant climbing the efficient and improvement curve. Apart from managing “Nigerian Ports Authority” vessels, we have our own fleet of working boats such as: multi cats, dredgers, crow boats, pilot boats, diving department, survey vessels and more that are giving us the capacity to execute a wide range of marine projects. Part of the secrets of our success based on accumulated experience and learning by Our group companies over more than two decades of on ground in Nigeria.

LTT has made major capital and human investments to ensure a smooth operation within Lagos ports:
- Fix crew number of crew where assigned to each boat, half on duty and half back home resting.
- Company is assisting crew to maintain all certificates such as: COC, Maritime mandatory's, health fitness, first aid and so on…
- All crew must meet the STCW-95, IMO and SOLAS requirements.
- HR, Safety, engineering, electricity, M.O.C.(marine operation centre) where established to improve the company performance.
- Workers quarterly assessment was executed.
Dedicated crew numbers are assigned to each boat, half on duty and half back home resting. Quarterly assessments of crew / staff carried out by Company. Training of Seafarers
